Confidential Careers in Puebla is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment across multiple site locations. You will define role requirements, run interviews, and deliver structured candidate feedback to site HR and hiring managers.

The role demands a strong background in industrial TA, ATS experience, and a global mindset with excellent written and spoken communication skills. A strategic partner in delivering high‑quality hires is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ of experience in Talent Acquisition in an industrial environment.
• Experience managing an ATS, ideally SuccessFactors.
• Experience managing multisite processes and KPIs such as Gender Diversity, Time to Fill.
• Listening and customer focus.
• International mind set.
• Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with the sites within your scope to understand jobs contexts, challenges and successful profile criteria and translates it into requirements / competencies to be evaluated during the interview.
• Manage selection interviews, phone and face-to-face to evaluate competencies, motivation, cultural fit, and potential of each candidate.
• Provide detailed and structured candidates’ evaluation and meaningful feedback to the site HR and Hiring manager.
• Present the position and the employee value proposition in a meaningful way for each candidate.
• Coordinate the recruitment process till final selection is done and ensures transparency and fluidity of process and information.
• Ensure feedback is provided to selected & non selected candidates.
• Act as a coach for interviewing skills for the site counterparts.
• Follow up recruiting metrics and proposes improvements positively impacting quality of hire and time to fill.
