Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Recruiting Advisor to guide sourcing and candidate assessments across the sub-region. You will manage staffing operations, build relationships with hiring managers, and drive hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and diversity while ensuring process compliance.

You will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to offers and onboarding, while maintaining a professional candidate experience and coordinating with stakeholders across the region.

Formación

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Typically 4–7 years of work experience in talent acquisition or sourcing.
• Advanced degree may reduce required years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain relationships with hiring managers across the sub-region and with key decision-makers.
• Drive hiring targets: time to fill, cost per hire, diversity, candidate satisfaction.
• Oversee end-to-end staffing, source candidates, screen, interview, and create offers.
• Post openings on job boards and career site; write postings and ensure policy compliance.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews and travel, if needed; schedule logistics and confirmations.
• Support onboarding: pre-employment screenings, background checks, paperwork.
