HP is seeking a full-life cycle recruiter for its Americas team. The role focuses on partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to forecast talent needs, design strategic sourcing plans, and close candidates across diverse pipelines.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience sourcing, recruiting, and closing difficult-to-find professionals, with strong communication and analytical skills to drive HP’s recruitment objectives.

Formación

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Strong sourcing, recruiting and closing skills for passive professionals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build partnerships with HR and hiring managers
• Strong knowledge of market practices in technical recruitment

Responsabilidades

• Establish relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers
• Consult with HRBP on hiring processes and sourcing plans
• Develop strategic sourcing to ensure diverse candidate pools
• Proactively source from internal talent pools and external channels
• Advise managers on hiring processes and compliance
