Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Recruiting Advisor to guide sourcing and candidate assessments across the sub-region. You will manage staffing operations, build relationships with hiring managers, and drive hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and diversity while ensuring process compliance.

You will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to offers and onboarding, while maintaining a professional candidate experience and coordinating with stakeholders across the region.

Formación

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • Typically 4–7 years of work experience in talent acquisition or sourcing.
  • Advanced degree may reduce required years of experience.

Responsabilidades

  • Maintain relationships with hiring managers across the sub-region and with key decision-makers.
  • Drive hiring targets: time to fill, cost per hire, diversity, candidate satisfaction.
  • Oversee end-to-end staffing, source candidates, screen, interview, and create offers.
  • Post openings on job boards and career site; write postings and ensure policy compliance.
  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Coordinate interviews and travel, if needed; schedule logistics and confirmations.
  • Support onboarding: pre-employment screenings, background checks, paperwork.

Recruiting AdvisorDescription -Job Summary• This role is responsible for providing guidance on intricate matters of sourcing and assessing candidates, managing candidate experience, overseeing staffing operations and ensuring compliance with recruitment processes to facilitate successful talent acquisition. The role builds and nurtures relationships with hiring managers in a business and sub-region while cultivating connections with influential decision-makers. The role guides and oversees the attainment of hiring objectives encompassing time-to-fill, cost per hire, diversity, and candidate satisfaction.Responsibilities• Maintains relationships with hiring managers within a business and sub-region; develops relationships with key decision-makers.• Drives and supervises the achievement of the hiring targets for the sub-region, including time to fill, cost per hire, graduate, diversity, and candidate satisfaction.• Manages the beginning-to-end staffing process within the sub-region; implements sourcing strategies within the sub-regions, screens candidates, provides a short list of candidates, coordinates interviews, creates offer letters, and facilitates relocation.• Creates and posts job openings on various job boards and/or the company's career website, which includes writing job descriptions, formatting postings, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.• Assists in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment sources.• Schedules and coordinates interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including arranging interview logistics, sending interview confirmations, and coordinating travel arrangements, if applicable.• Supports the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and sending offer letters, conducting pre-employment screenings, coordinating background checks, and ensuring completion of new hire paperwork.• Provides a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining regular communication with candidates, responding to candidate inquiries, and providing timely updates on the status of their applications.• Provides general administrative support to the talent acquisition team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing recruitment-related documents, maintaining recruitment files, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.• Counsels with managers on the hiring process and ensures that managers are in compliance with corporate and government policy.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.Preferred Certifications• Professional in Human Resources (PHR)/ Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHPR)• Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)Knowledge & Skills• Applicant Tracking Systems• Business Strategies• Customer Relationship Management• Data Analysis• Employer Branding• Full-Cycle Recruitment• Human Resources Information System (HRIS)• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)• Marketing• Process Improvement• Project Management• Recruitment Planning• Recruitment Strategies• Social Media• Talent Acquisition• Talent Management• Talent Pipelining• Talent Sourcing• Technical Recruitment• Workday (Software)Cross-Org Skills• Effective Communication• Results Orientation• Learning Agility• Digital Fluency• Customer CentricityImpact & Scope• Impacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.Complexity• Responds to moderately complex issues within established guidelines.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
