Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Planner in Monterrey to drive end-to-end planning for Finished Goods, Sub-Assemblies and Raw Materials.

You will lead MPS, MRP and DRP decisions, balancing customer needs, inventory targets, capacity constraints and business priorities to optimize service levels. The role requires 5+ years in supply chain planning, proficiency in English and Spanish, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning across Finished Goods, Sub-Assemblies and Raw Materials.
• Manage MPS, MRP and DRP balancing service levels and inventory targets.
• Monitor plans, identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Own delivery commitments for make-to-order products considering capacity and material availability.
• Lead supply planning with third-party manufacturers and mitigate risks.
• Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for capacity and inventory.
• Develop and maintain material supply plans for manufacturing needs.
• Manage raw material inventories to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Identify supply risks and lead mitigation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead DRP activities to optimize inventory deployment across the network.
• Recommend inventory and replenishment strategies to support service and working capital.
• Lead cross-functional issue resolution and continuous improvement of planning processes.
