Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Manufacturing Superintendent to lead daily production operations in Monterrey. You will drive safety, quality, and operational excellence, developing front-line supervisors and aligning cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and customer expectations.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives, ensure high schedule adherence, and optimize processes to maximize efficiency and first-pass quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience managing production teams or Supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
• Drive 98% schedule adherence and 97% Right First Time (RFT).
• Optimize labor, materials and equipment to achieve 85% efficiency.
• Develop front-line supervisors and foster accountability, teamwork and high performance.
• Champion a proactive safety culture with hazard identification and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance and other teams to drive excellence.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations

At least 2 years of leadership experience
