Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to ensure efficient receiving, inventory control, and shipping operations at our Monterrey site.

You will oversee daily activities, monitor KPIs, and lead Kaizen and 6S initiatives while ensuring accuracy in inventory and compliance with safety standards. A strong background in WMS (SAP/Oracle/JDE) and people leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing receiving, shipping and storage activities.
• At least three years of experience supervising non-exempt staff.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop personnel.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience and knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE).

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily warehouse activities.
• Oversee warehouse receiving and shipping processes.
• Manage and control inventory with accuracy and reliability.
• Monitor warehouse operational KPIs.
• Lead continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, 6S).
