Eaton is seeking a Sr. Planner for its IS AER ITD division in Mexico. The role supports Customer Service and Supply Chain by analyzing demand sources and coordinating shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include managing the backlog, expediting purchases, resolving inquiries, and coordinating with internal departments. A Bachelor’s in Business or Supply Chain and 5 years in related roles are required; advanced Excel and MFG PRO knowledge are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred.
• Understanding of MRP and Lean Manufacturing.
• 5 years of experience in customer service, planning or manufacturing.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel at an advanced level.
• MFG PRO knowledge is a plus.

Job Summary

Performing professional tasks related to providing the optimal level of service for total customer satisfaction by supporting the Customer Service Team and Supply Chain Team by analyzing the different demand sources (forecast, firm client orders).

Primary Responsibilities

• Deal with daily backlog of customer shipments - and scheduling deliveries and providing information to the Customer Service Team on past dues, missing components, recovery dates, tracking information, etc thru using MFGpro and support of the Supply Chain Team.
• Expedites purchases that are delayed or in response to changes in the production plan.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints. Drive requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
• Follow up and keep records of all relevant information supplied to Customer Service Team and Supply Chain Team
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

Education/Previous Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business/Supply Chain.
• Understanding of MRP, Supply Chain processes and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• 5 years of experience related to customer service, planning and/or manufacturing experience.
• Ms Office -Excel advance level.
• MFG PRO knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and inventory management skills.
• Ability to work at detail level with skills to gather, summarizes, and interprets data to help manage product from an ISC perspective.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence.
• Ability to prioritize work and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Ability to lead and influence others.
• English Level advance.
