Flex in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead planning, development, and maintenance of supply chain processes for both new and existing products, reporting to the Sr Director of Supply Chain Management.

The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS/MBA or equivalent, has solid manufacturing supply chain experience, demonstrated leadership and cross‑functional collaboration, fluent English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Directs planning, budgeting, and cost control for a broad supply chain function.
• Oversees hold-ups for new and existing products and supplier/customer contracts.
• Engages with executives, customers, and vendors to drive supply chain strategies.
