Flex is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for Guadalajara, North, to lead planning, development, and maintenance of supply chain processes. You will oversee vendor and customer contracts, materials data checks, and collaborate with senior managers on strategic plans.

The role requires a BA/BS/MBA or equivalent, extensive experience in manufacturing supply chain, leadership, and fluent English. You will interact with executives, customers, and suppliers while driving cost, service, and delivery

Reporting to the Sr Director, Supply Chain Management, the Supply Chain Manager role will be responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to supply chain management. What a typical day looks like:

• Participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations.
• Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration.
• Checks materials related to data research.
• Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and goals.
• Directs the activities of supply chain managers and staff and oversees planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.
• Interacts regularly with executives, customers and vendors.
• Drives supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial drive.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
• Solid experience in supply chain management and operations within a manufacturing environment, including inventory control, demand and materials planning, purchasing, materials management, material flow, customer requirements, manufacturing support, logistics, and operational execution.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional work teams and interacting effectively with internal stakeholders, executives, customers, and suppliers.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills in achieving favorable cost and service provisions.
• Fluent English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally across multiple geographic regions and business levels.
• Candidate must be competent in Microsoft Office applications.
