Flex is seeking a Strategic Supply Chain Manager in Guadalajara, North Site, to direct planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of supply chain processes. You will oversee the hold-up of new and existing products, and engage with executives, customers, and suppliers to drive key strategies.

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English, written and verbal across regions.
• Solid experience in supply chain management and operations within manufacturing, incl. inventory control, demand and materials planning, purchasing, materials management, and supplier coordination.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills with cross-functional coordination.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in reviewing vendor and customer contracts and outlines requirements.
• Drives supply chain management strategies to meet customer requirements.
• Directs activity of supply chain teams, planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Interacts with executives, customers and vendors regularly.
• Provides supplier management in product development and integration.
