Flex Guadalajara, North Site, is seeking a Strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of supply chain processes for both new and existing products. You will interface with customers and vendors to align on requirements and drive efficiency across the organization.

Formación

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Extensive supply chain management and operations experience in manufacturing, including inventory, demand planning, purchasing, and logistics.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills and competence in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in review of vendor and customer contracts outlining requirements.
• Oversees data research on materials and coordinates with senior management on strategic plans.
• Directs supply chain staff, planning, budgeting, and cost management.
• Interacts with executives, customers, and vendors regularly to align on goals.
