The Sr Strategic Supply Chain Manager in Guadalajara oversees materials and supply chain management for assigned customer programs, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution.

Formación

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex programs with respect to order schedule adherence, cost, and inventory.
• Fluent in writing, speaking, and understanding English; able to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Primary customer-facing role regarding materials and supply chain management for assigned customers and programs.
• Address customer and operational issues related to the flow of material into and out of Flex Lifestyle.
• Aim for 100% alignment with assigned customers on Load to Commit and RPPV targets.
• Maintain inventory on-hand and optimize turnover while protecting delivery commitments.
