Flex is seeking a Strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead planning, development, and maintenance of supply chain processes in Guadalajara, North Campus. The role reports to Purchasing Manager and oversees methods for new and existing products, with exposure to executives, customers, and vendors.

The individual will drive SCM strategies, manage vendor contracts, and ensure alignment with corporate goals while delivering cost efficiency and supplier performance.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Excel.
• Interacts with internal and external suppliers.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of materials, supply chain, price negotiation, and NPIs.
• Experience in manufacturing (Engineering).
• Negotiation skills for sourcing/quoting materials.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in reviewing vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements.
• Directs planning, budgeting, and cost maintenance for supply chain scope.
• Directs the activities of supply chain managers and staff. Oversee strategic planning.
• Interacts with executives, customers and vendors regularly.
• Drives supply chain strategies to meet customer requirements and Flex’s financial goals.
• Provides supplier management related to product development and integration.
