Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner of choice, enabling brands to design, build and deliver innovative products. The Sr Strategic Supply Chain Manager will be based in Guadalajara, North, handling materials and supply chain for assigned customers and programs within the Flex Lifestyle Segment.

The role focuses on aligning demand planning, purchasing, materials management, and logistics, while ensuring customer satisfaction and strong supplier relations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing multiple, complex programs with respect to order schedule adherence, cost, and inventory.
• Solid experience in one or more disciplines of supply chain management: demand planning, purchasing, materials management, manufacturing, logistics.
• Demonstrated understanding of effective supply chain management in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success in customer relationship management.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Availability to travel internationally.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing activities for materials and supply chain management for assigned customers and programs.
• Attend to customer and operational issues regarding the flow of material and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Drive to 100% alignment for assigned customers (Load to Commit).
• Meet and exceed retained purchase price variance goals (RPPV).
• Rationalize on-hand inventory to achieve on-time delivery and maximize turnover.
