Job summary

Chanel, Inc. seeks an Indirect Procurement Manager in Mexico to elevate procurement across marketing, fashion boutique, and operations. You will lead cross-functional sourcing, align with global strategy, and drive digital transformation of S2P processes with COUPA.

Role requires 6–8 years in indirect procurement, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and fluent English. This is a leadership role focusing on market development, governance, and ESG-aligned supplier management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering or related field.
• 6–8 years in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing or procurement consulting.
• Experience in retail, luxury, FMCG or customer-centric environments is an advantage.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Indirect Procurement roadmap for the Mexican market, aligned with global guidelines.
• Lead supplier sourcing projects across all Indirect Procurement categories and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure adoption and effective use of the COUPA procurement platform.
• Develop market intelligence, risk management and stakeholder partnerships.
• Embed ESG criteria into sourcing strategies and supplier evaluations.
