CHANEL in Mexico City is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager within Finance. You will lead non-production purchasing across Marketing, Fashion Boutique, IT, Logistics and more, driving a cross-functional transformation program and building a structured, risk-controlled, data-driven procurement function aligned with global objectives.

The role emphasizes market-building leadership, stakeholder partnership, and delivery of end-to-end transformation projects that elevate procurement maturity

Formación

• 6 to 8 years of experience in Indirect Procurement or related fields.
• Experience in Retail, Luxury, FMCG or customer-centric environments is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in procurement transformation and cost optimization initiatives.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Governance and Function Development: Design, implement and ensure compliance with Indirect Procurement policies, processes and approval frameworks.
• Market Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing & Business Partnership: Map supplier ecosystem and lead strategic sourcing.
• Spending, Value & Project Management: Analyze spending, classify budgets, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
• Supplier Risk & Performance Management: Lead supplier due diligence, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Procurement Culture, Leadership & Change Management: Coach stakeholders, promote data-driven decisions and drive procurement transformation.
