Triptease is seeking a strategic Customer Success Executive to lead a Global SMB book of hotel clients primarily in AMERS. You will guide them from trial to long-term partnership, driving direct bookings, conversions and revenue.

You will scale impact through automation and AI, own the 3-month trial, run strategic reviews with clients, and coordinate with Product, Marketing and Sales to broaden adoption and retention across the portfolio.

Formación

2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
Experience managing SMB books at scale is a strong plus.
Excellent English written and spoken communication is required.
Comfort with AI tools and modern CS/BI tooling (e.g., Salesforce, Vitally, Looker).

Responsabilidades

Own the Trial: manage the 3-month trial, set success criteria, drive adoption, and convert trials to contracts.
Be Their Strategic Partner: align client goals to business outcomes and lead reviews and training.
Drive Retention and Renewals: maintain high retention, identify churn risks, and unblock blockers.
