Gigamon seeks a Senior Salesforce (SFDC) Analyst to join the Biz Apps team. You will support Sales, Marketing, and Demand Gen by enhancing SFDC and integrated tools, translating business needs into robust SFDC solutions, and managing end-to-end implementation cycles.

You will collaborate with SMEs to map processes, document requirements, and drive data-driven improvements, while ensuring user acceptance testing and change management are effectively executed. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a Sales or Marketing Operations role that works internally.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing SFDC implementations.
• Salesforce administration certification or equivalent experience is essential.
• Familiarity with Traction Complete Marketing Systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with SMEs to understand current business processes.
• Take data-driven decisions and propose systematic process improvements.
• Be the go-to expert for Gigamon’s SFDC functionality, integrations, and limitations.
• Provide daily SFDC support for Marketing, Sales, and Demand Gen teams.
• Lead the SFDC implementation board for Demand GenOps and coordinate IT development.
