ERM is a world-class sustainability consultancy seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our global COE and help drive digital transformation by gathering and translating requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

You will work with IT Business Partners and cross-functional teams across regions to drive CRM enhancements, data quality, and user adoption while ensuring governance and controls are maintained.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with Salesforce CRM focus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the central point of contact between ITBP, business teams, and Salesforce COE for CRM initiatives.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into Salesforce enhancements.
• Translate needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specs aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to prioritize requirements and align with strategic objectives.
• Support solution design, configuration, and testing phases; ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards.
• Maintain documentation (process maps, SOPs, controls) and contribute to audits and data integrity initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, optimization, and adoption of new Salesforce features.
• Provide training and knowledge-sharing for end-users and internal teams.
• Facilitate project communication and ensure coordination of the business to be available for training and adoption activities.
