International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in Tlalnepantla, Mexico. The role is on-site with potential for one work-from-home day per week, supporting a key global customer partnership and ensuring timely, accurate responses to inquiries and requests.

You will coordinate with Sales, Regulatory, CS, Lab, and Supply Chain to fulfill quotations, samples, and technical documents, while maintaining records and creating commercial documentation as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, or commercial operations.
• Strong organization and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer and internal requests related to samples, quotations, documentation, and commercial support.
• Coordinate with Sales, Regulatory, CS, Lab, Supply Chain, and other teams to fulfill requests.
• Support sales team in maintaining customer portfolios and account records.
• Track sample requests, quotations, and inquiries to ensure responsiveness.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting tools for business decisions.
• Prepare customer presentations and reports when required.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
• Analyze requests and prioritize activities to support commercial objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements for customer experience and efficiency.
