Job summary

This on-site, shift-based role offers collaboration with Quality and Production to uphold GMP and documentation standards. The ideal candidate will have a technical or bachelor's degree in a related field, knowledge of GMP and food safety, and strong attention to details.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge related to quality, food safety, sampling, laboratory, or manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of GMP and documentation practices.
• Ability to follow sampling procedures and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Perform sampling of raw materials, finished products, and recurring samples under quality and food-safety guidelines.
• Ensure samples are properly prepared, identified, and delivered to Quality laboratories for evaluation.
• Develop and update operating instructions, procedures, and documentation related to sampling activities.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and materials required for sampling.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, and other teams to ensure effective execution of sampling activities.
