Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Fragrance/Perfumery, Marketing, Design, Consumer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in fragrance, beauty, creativity, and consumer trends.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support fragrance evaluation sessions and develop the ability to smell, classify, compare, and describe fragrances.
• Explore fragrance families, ingredients, key market references, and emerging olfactive trends.
• Support Scent Design Managers throughout fragrance development projects, from client briefs to fragrance selection and submission.
• Contribute to inspiration searches, benchmarking activities, mood boards, fragrance collections, and creative presentations.
• Research consumer trends, fragrance preferences, cultural movements, and emerging olfactive directions.
