Movado Group, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the commercial team by managing key operational processes, monitoring performance indicators, and ensuring smooth information flow between internal teams, customers, and management.

You will define and monitor KPIs at the customer level, prepare weekly reports, assist with replenishment proposals, and participate in product launches and training.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or commercial operations.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support sales operations by monitoring KPIs and providing performance insights.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and distribute to management.
• Maintain customer master data and participate in product launches.
• Collaborate with regional teams to define assortments.
• Respond to ad hoc requests and assist General Manager and sales leadership.
