Movado Group, Inc. in Mexico City seeks a Warehouse Specialist to act as the primary operational liaison with the 3PL partner, overseeing fulfillment, inventory accuracy and readiness for the future 3PL model.

Your responsibilities include monitoring KPI performance, investigating exceptions, coordinating with IT/SAP, Billing, and Finance, and driving continuous improvement across warehouse processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse operations or supply chain experience.
• Experience with third-party logistics providers (3PL) preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP, WMS, and Excel for operational reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Movado’s primary operational contact for the 3PL partner.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, SLAs, and processing capacities.
• Coordinate issue resolution with IT/SAP, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Support inbound receiving, putaway, and storage operations.
• Oversee returns, reverse logistics, and billing validation with the 3PL.
