Aon plc in Mexico City is seeking a Business Development & Sales Enablement Analyst to help turn data into insights that drive commercial growth. The role is hybrid, offering flexibility to work virtually and from the local office under the Smart Working policy.

You will partner with North America Commercial, own CRM data quality, build reports and dashboards, support sales workflows, and help identify market opportunities using external data.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, commercial enablement, analytics or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience working with large datasets.
• Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce) and multiple data sources.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively in English; BI/visualization tools helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Audit, validate and maintain CRM and commercial data to improve accuracy, completeness and consistency across pipeline, account and opportunity records.
• Build, maintain and distribute recurring reports and dashboards, supporting performance tracking, pipeline visibility and commercial analytics.
• Execute recurring sales operations workflows, including account assignment, opportunity tracking, unmarketable account reviews, and CRM data administration.
• Support prospect identification, lead assignment and outbound sales workflows, providing operational support that enables efficient commercial execution.
• Use research platforms and external data sources to identify business opportunities, gather market and competitive intelligence, and support market sizing and growth assessments.
