Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Risk Analyst / Risk Manager to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks across the organization.

You will build risk frameworks, conduct quantitative analysis, validate controls, and deliver actionable insights to leadership, collaborating with finance, IT, and legal teams to strengthen governance and support informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of risk management, compliance, audit, governance, or financial analysis.
• Strong SQL, Excel, and data analysis skills.
• Experience with GRC platforms such as Archer, ServiceNow, LogicManager, or similar.
• Familiarity with enterprise risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess enterprise risks across financial, operational, regulatory, cyber, and strategic areas.
• Build and maintain quantitative risk models and perform scenario analyses.
• Monitor compliance, validate controls, and support audits.
• Develop dashboards and reports to highlight risks and recommendations.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, compliance, IT, and legal teams.
