Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Regional Director of Operations for the Jade region within our Inclusive Collection. You will partner with General Managers and regional leaders to translate strategy into property-level action, elevating guest experience, brand delivery and financial performance.

The role requires 8–10 years in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in multi-property leadership, and a strong background in budgeting, revenue management, and BI systems.

Formación

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive hotel operations experience, including at least 3 years in a multi-property, area or regional leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with hotel property-management, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, revenue-management, CRM, quality/reputation, workforce-management, and business-intelligence systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Director-level operational leadership and performance oversight for an assigned portfolio of Hyatt Inclusive Collection – Jade region hotels.
• Translate regional operating strategy into consistent property-level execution through General Managers and functional leaders.
• Drive operational discipline, identify performance gaps, support corrective action, and escalate material decisions to the Senior VP of Operations.
