Auberge Resorts Collection is seeking a Director of Finance for its Riviera Maya property. Lead strategic financial planning, drive budget adherence, and optimize cash flow while strengthening owner relationships.

You will implement robust controls and mentor hotel finance teams to uphold the brand’s standards. The role demands expertise in hotel accounting, the Uniform System of Accounts, and strong communication with senior leadership and owners.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Extensive experience as a property finance leader for hotels.
• Strong knowledge of the Uniform System of Accounts and hotel financials.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite and accounting software.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and present findings to senior management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Hotel strategic planning, budget formulation and execution.
• Maximize hotel cash flow and protect assets.
• Establish controls for revenues/expenses and asset protection.
• Guide development of staff and ensure compliance with laws.
• Maintain accurate financial information and provide projections.
• Support owner relationships and operational efficiency.
