Siemens Energy seeks a senior manager to steer the global R&D portfolio and budget, aligning investments with strategy and providing executive-ready analyses.

You will lead cross-functional programs, drive standardization, and deploy data analytics and AI to accelerate planning and reporting across Business Areas.

The role demands advanced financial modeling, stakeholder storytelling for the Executive Board, and a track record of delivering complex projects in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Data/Analytics, or a related field; PhD considered a plus.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in R&D portfolio management, corporate strategy, controlling, PMO, or adjacent fields.
• Experience in industries such as energy, industrial technology, aerospace, automotive, or management consulting is beneficial.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the R&D portfolio and budget processes to deliver executive-ready decision documents aligned with strategy and data quality.
• Advance functional excellence by standardizing processes and improving data governance across Business Areas.
• Develop dashboards, analytics workflows, and data products connected to the central R&D database to enable strategic initiatives.
