Job summary
Siemens Energy seeks a seasoned product manager to drive digital solutions across FP&A and finance transformation. You will define the product strategy, manage the backlog, and bridge business requirements with engineering teams in a global, cross-functional setting.

Qualifications
- Proven track record in Agile product delivery and translating business needs into digital solutions.
- Several years of FP&A or controlling experience.
- Experience with cross-functional, global stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of SAP Finance landscape.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and manage development backlog.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for finance and engineering.
- Lead stakeholder workshops and ensure alignment on roadmaps and releases.
