Siemens Energy seeks a seasoned product manager to drive digital solutions across FP&A and finance transformation. You will define the product strategy, manage the backlog, and bridge business requirements with engineering teams in a global, cross-functional setting.

You will lead stakeholder workshops, translate requirements into technical specs, and oversee end-to-end delivery, testing, and adoption of new automation initiatives. Remote-friendly role with global impact.

Formación

• Proven track record in Agile product delivery and translating business needs into digital solutions.
• Several years of FP&A or controlling experience.
• Experience with cross-functional, global stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of SAP Finance landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Define product strategy and manage development backlog.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for finance and engineering.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and ensure alignment on roadmaps and releases.
