Johnson Controls is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to support supplier schedulers, ensure timely material delivery, and maintain KPI compliance. The role involves expediting with vendors, reviewing MRP/Open Order data, and communicating risks to Planning and Production.

Knowledge of SAP and a background in manufacturing purchasing are preferred. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in purchasing, fluent English, and strong analytical and negotiation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in purchasing/supply chain.
• Experience with purchasing, planning and production areas.

Responsabilidades

• Support Suppliers Schedulers to meet purchasing KPIs.
• Analyze MRP demand and replenish stocks to ensure coverage.
• Place POs on time and verify Open Order reports.
• Escalate late POs and supplier issues to stakeholders.
• Communicate risks of purchased items to Planning/Production.
• Assist with inventory control and expediting with vendors.
