Johnson Controls is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to support supplier Schedulers at our Monterrey plant. You will ensure on-time material delivery, assist production meetings, and escalate risks to meet delivery dates and minimize stock-outs.

You will analyze MRP demand, coordinate with buyers and vendors, and help drive supplier performance improvements through cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of purchasing experience is required.
• Experience working with Purchasing, Planning and Production areas.
• Fluent English is required; strong communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of MRP and SAP is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Support Suppliers Schedulers to meet purchasing KPIs and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Analyze MRP demand and replenish stocks to maintain coverage.
• Ensure buyers assign correct items and vendors in the MRP system.
• Expedite processes with vendors to meet delivery dates and minimize stock-outs.
• Escalate issues to Global Procurement or Regional Materials as needed.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in ISO/EHS and internal process improvement initiatives.
