Johnson Controls is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop near-term production plans and align with sales, demand planning, and manufacturing. You will manage the master schedule, coordinate materials, and ensure on-time delivery across the plant while leading cross-functional change management when needed.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, business administration, computer science, or CPIM/CSCP certification.
• 3-5 years related experience in materials management, production planning, or material scheduling.
• Strong data analysis and planning skills for constraint-driven manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Develop 0-12 week assembly line build schedules and align with demand planning.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and manufacturing to allocate resources.
• Lead cross-functional planning meetings and manage schedule changes.
• Monitor material flow and update master schedules to meet delivery dates.
• Pull data from ERP and management systems to produce status reports.
• Use Tableau/PowerBI for reporting to S&OE meetings.
