Job summary

DS Smith PLC’s subsidiary is seeking an Account/Project Manager to lead end-to-end client projects and act as the operational link between Client Services, Design, and Strategic Buying. You will coordinate activities, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure delivery on time and within service levels across multiple workstreams.

The role requires strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires strong project management experience and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and cross-functional coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational delivery of projects from initiation through completion, ensuring milestones and timelines are achieved.
• Develop and maintain project plans, critical paths, and delivery schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Client Service, Design, Strategic Buying, Finance, and Project Support teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and coordinate mitigation plans to minimize delivery impact.
• Ensure project documentation, approvals, and system records are maintained in accordance with standards.
• Provide regular project status updates and maintain visibility of delivery performance for stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities supporting successful project completion, invoicing readiness, and achievement of financial milestones.
