Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Professional Project Manager to lead a strategic project, translating customer requirements into defined scope and executable tasks. You will manage budget, schedule, and cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time delivery and quality, with close collaboration across Contract Manager, Project Controller, and Lead Engineer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager.
• Cooperation with Site Manager and EHS&S Group on safety of people, systems and environment per company/legislation.
• Accountability for project risk and opportunity management, including mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning with Contract Manager, Project Controller, Project Lead Engineer and core team to translate requirements into scope and tasks.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time, on budget, and with quality.
• Coordinate communication, documentation, and deliverables including functional design specs and drawings.
• Schedule and chair Contract Review team meetings as part of project kickoff.
• Review, interpret and manage contract changes post-sales turnover with support from Contract Manager.
• Collaborate with Project Planner to build and maintain the project plan/schedule using established processes.
• Supervise and manage overall project budget, schedule, and changes or variances.
• Ensure smooth handover to Customer Service and external Customer with defined actions for close-out.
