Job summary

HSBC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Strategy & Change Delivery team in Mexico City. You will lead delivery of milestones across ISO migration sites, coordinate with Operations, IT, and regional stakeholders, and ensure governance per HSBC Change Framework.

Fluent in English and Spanish, you will manage multiple workstreams, balance timelines, risks and dependencies, and contribute to regional transformation programs within the Global Capability Network.

Qualifications

• ISO 20022, payments and SWIFT knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
• Proven track record of change management in a large organization.
• Process flow documentation and mapping experience.
• Strong operational trade lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience driving system changes and coordinating transformation projects with Operations and IT.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with conflicting priorities and timelines.
• Excellent relationship builder with communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of milestones within projects from inception to implementation.
• Engage and manage stakeholders across the region.
• Log and monitor milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholder groups to ensure requirements are clear and traceable.
• Apply HSBC Change Framework governance across projects.
• Own ISO migration of sites and interlocking plans.
• Drive site plans and track progress to deadlines.
• Implement site governance per global standards.
• Engage with MSS Operations Site Heads and act as contact within ISO Programme Team.
• Participate in weekly status updates with OPAS, BA, XSSL.
• Contribute to GSC Mexico Innovation and Transformers delivery.
