Jabil, a global engineering and manufacturing leader, seeks a project coordinator to liaison between Business Unit leadership and the central Engineering group in our Mexico operations. You will support multi-site project operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and performance.

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Operate a Windows-based PC and related software.
• Advanced PC skills, including knowledge of company software packages.
• Write simple correspondence; read and understand visual aids.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, memos, and short correspondence.
• Perform basic arithmetic operations and interpret graphs.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains daily contact with project teams and coordinates day-to-day operations.
• May run multiple projects across several Jabil sites.
• Assist the BUD and Technical Manager in day-to-day project operations.
• Coordinate project plans, reports, BOMs, and customer requirements.
• Monitor day-to-day activities to meet timelines and escalate roadblocks.
• Coordinate costing and bill backs to customers or internal departments.
• Run other projects as deemed appropriate by the BUD and Technical Manager.
