Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years in Program/Project Management within manufacturing.
Advanced English communication (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

Lead cross‑functional teams to execute launches, transfers, and production programs.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Coordinate status, milestones, and action plans with stakeholders.
Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability.
