Flextronics - The Flex Company in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Program Management Manager to lead a cross-functional team in delivering customer programs from inception through manufacturing. The role emphasizes strong communication, process excellence, and adherence to cost and schedule targets.

You will coordinate with Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Sales to ensure successful product launches.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field.
• Experience in electronics industry or manufacturing environment.
• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer projects from inception to launch and manufacturing.
• Communicate with customers and act as escalation point for issues.
• Support contract negotiations and prices definition.
