Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products, transfers, and production programs.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Coordinate project status and action plans with stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead customer reviews and business performance meetings.
• Support quotations, RFQs/RFPs, and expansion initiatives.
• Monitor production adherence, delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Manage demand planning, POs, inventory, and related operations.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure projects meet financial and operational objectives.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic customer programs and cross-functional project teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing new product introductions, transfers, and ongoing production programs while ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven experience in project management, customer relationship management, and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to successfully execute new product launches, transfers, and production programs.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate and communicate project status, milestones, and action plans with internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Lead customer reviews and business performance meetings.
• Support commercial activities including quotations, RFQs/RFPs, and business expansion initiatives.
• Monitor operational performance metrics including production adherence, delivery performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage demand planning, purchase orders, inventory performance, and other customer-related operational requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Ensure projects meet financial and operational objectives.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
