Flextronics - The Flex Company is seeking a Program Manager to oversee claims and delivery performance for complex manufacturing programs in Juarez. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, analyze data, and drive improvements to meet financial goals.

The role requires advanced English and a bachelor’s degree, with a focus on timely problem solving, customer communications, and strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure on‑time shipments and successful program outcomes.

Formación

• Advanced English required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and resolve supply chain issues.

Responsabilidades

• Manage claims through CMT tool and recover charges for NREs, ECOs, and related items.
• Coordinate data collection for quotes or requotes for existing customers and present to stakeholders.
• Prepare reporting and analyses for decision‑making with the client.
• Support quarterly business reviews and ensure on‑time delivery of products.
