Flextronics - The Flex Company in Aguascalientes seeks a Program Administrator to support program managers, coordinate actions, and maintain documentation throughout the product lifecycle.

The role emphasizes customer focus, detailed planning, and cross‑functional collaboration in a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of experience are expected, with proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, program administration, customer service, or manufacturing operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Support Program Managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of customer programs.
• Maintain program documentation, action trackers, and meeting minutes.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for customers and leadership reviews.
• Monitor open actions and ensure timely follow-up with responsible teams.
• Assist with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Support NPI activities and production readiness reviews.
• Manage customer portals and maintain accurate program data.
• Coordinate meetings and support logistical requirements for program reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and customer requirements.
