QUALCOMM SEMICONDUCTORES Y SISTEMAS AVANZADOS DE BAJA CALIFORNIA is seeking a Program Analyst to support the development and execution of large-scale programs. You will coordinate across teams, monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and priorities to keep programs progressing.

You will prepare agendas, update project plans, and help communicate status to stakeholders while applying standard PM practices and tools to drive on-time delivery.

Formación

• Written and spoken fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to clearly organize and articulate complex information to others.
• Hands-on working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point.
• Working knowledge of Tableau/BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Regularly coordinates with third parties and/or internal customers for complex programs to identify and meet needs, track and communicate program status updates, and ensure compliance with processes and guidelines.
• Prepares and discusses agenda for meetings under guidance of the Program Manager and documents key discussion points, project plan changes, and stakeholder needs.
• Contributes to and updates project plans to support Program Managers or Leads that include priorities, timelines, critical tasks, stakeholder identification for each task, and forecasted resource allocation.
• Collects, compiles, monitors, and maintains budget data, identifies potential issues, and communicates to the Program Manager.
• Tracks the progress and execution of complex deliverables to ensure deadlines are met, and identifies and escalates issues that may impact deadlines.
• Coordinates schedules and task assignments for complex projects by following proper project management practices with some guidance from the Program Manager.
