Job summary

QUALCOMM SEMICONDUCTORES Y SISTEMAS AVANZADOS DE BAJA CALIFORNIA is seeking a Principal/Manager in SoC Systems Validation Engineering in Tijuana, MX to lead high-performance, low-power IP/SoC development. You will define, model, design (digital/analog), verify, validate, implement, and document complex blocks with input from software and hardware teams.

Responsibilities include creating advanced architectures, coordinating with senior leadership, and delivering thorough technical documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master, or PhD in a relevant field with extensive ASIC design/verification experience.
• Experience with architecture and design tools and scripting languages.
• Strong collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, model, design, verify, validate, and document IP/SoC development.
• Create architectures, circuit specs, logic designs, and system simulations.
• Lead and mentor teams through synthesis, place-and-route, timing and power use.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation for complex EDA/IP/ASIC projects.
