QUALCOMM SEMICONDUCTORES Y SISTEMAS AVANZADOS DE BAJA CALIFORNIA is seeking a Program Analyst in Tijuana to support program development and implementation. You will coordinate with teams, monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and priorities to drive project progress and ensure alignment with goals.

Responsibilities include preparing agendas, updating plans, managing budgets, and communicating with stakeholders.

Formación

Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
Associate's degree or higher in business/tech fields.
Strong communication and data interpretation skills.
Experience with Excel and BI tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate with third parties and internal customers to identify needs and track program status.
Prepare meeting agendas and document key discussion points and changes.
Update project plans including priorities, timelines, and resource allocation.
Monitor budgets and communicate issues to the Program Manager.
Track deliverables to meet deadlines and escalate blockers.
Coordinate schedules and task assignments for complex projects.
Communicate changes in timelines and deliverables to stakeholders.
Analyze data and metrics using advanced tools and present trends.
