Eaton’s EPG CHD LATAM division is seeking a Production Scheduler to convert the master schedule into a 1–4 week operation plan for a facility, aligning with capacity, forecast, backlog and customer orders.

You will maintain a master production schedule across multiple product lines, balance line load, and drive on-time delivery by coordinating with Operations, Customer Service, Finance and Purchasing. CI activities and standard work are part of the role.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in SCM, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics or equivalent.
• English: conversational advanced.
• >3 years in Supply Chain (Materials Mgmt, Inventory, demand planning, supply planning, procurement, SIOP…)

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain production schedules for all items, balancing capacity and constraints to optimize throughput while minimizing cycle time and inventory.
• Direct daily workflow (WIP) through analysis of reports and input from cross-functional teams, including the critical ratio tool.
• Aligns and sets priorities for resources across factory to maximize efficiency and material flow, ensuring on-time customer ship schedules.
• Collaborate with SCM planners for daily parts/material information to meet delivery requirements.
• Assist in developing and implementing procedures to improve scheduling function and participate in CI activities and standard work.
• Collaborate with Materials Supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy (95%+). Evaluate BOMs for proper relief.
