HQP is seeking a Production Planner to plan, coordinate, and monitor the production schedule from release of work orders through shipment and delivery. This role ensures on-time delivery, material availability, and efficient use of production capacity while coordinating with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Shipping teams.

You will work on ERP-driven processes, manage MRP and capacity planning, prepare KPIs such as OTD and inventory levels, and participate in

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in production planning.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Knowledge of MRP, finite capacity planning, inventory management, and forecasting.
• Intermediate to advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Create, release, print, and monitor production work orders within ERP.
• Track production orders daily and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with Purchasing for materials availability.
• Work with Warehouse to ensure timely material delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering on changes and priorities.
• Monitor critical customer orders and update departments.
• Coordinate with Shipping for on-time release and delivery.
• Generate reports and KPIs (OTD, backlog, capacity utilization, inventory).
• Participate in cross-functional planning meetings.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in planning and control.
