Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management.
• Bilingual Spanish-English.
• 5+ years of experience as MPS or similar position.
• 6+ years of experience in electronic field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify critical paths, analyze complex data, and make decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining schedules.
• APICS certification is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge in ERP/MRP Systems.
• Intermediate knowledge in Kanban inventory control.
• Intermediate knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Advanced knowledge in BOM Structure.
• Ability to negotiate and be focused on goals, teamwork, urgency, organized, disciplined.

Responsibilities

• Review Customer Orders to determine shipping dates.
• Identify risks, issues, and conflicts that may impact the shipping schedule, and develop mitigation plans.
• Schedule status, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.
• Regularly update and maintain the shipping plan by incorporating changes, updates, and adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure alignment between the schedule and resource allocation.
• Communicate with sister companies concerning orders, delivery concerns and other customer-related needs.
• Maintain minimum inventory for Kanban in warehouse to support customer demand.
• Execute, update and maintain customer portals as needed.
• Support the new product transfers.
• Participate in daily OTD meetings.
• Comply with the Health, Safety and Environment Policy and related procedures.
