Eaton is seeking a Network Scheduler to develop timely plans for finished products within the 0-3 month horizon and ensure short-term availability. You will lead the Master Production Schedule, coordinate a cross-functional team, and drive schedule adherence while collaborating with demand and supply stakeholders across markets.

The role requires 2-3 years in supply chain leadership, strong data analysis, and the ability to manage exceptions to optimize service levels, inventory, and cost.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
• 2-3 years in a Supply Chain leadership- related role (Materials Management, Inventory management, production planning, SIOP)
• Experience with SAP and MRP systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for the assigned value stream.
• Coordinate CoE resources (buyers, planners, schedulers) to deliver the MPS plan.
• Interface with operations to drive schedule adherence and weekly cadence.
• Monitor KPIs to improve cash, cost, and customer service results.
• Manage exceptions in the 0-3 month horizon and collaborate on corrective actions.
